Sweet soft ivory frill neck jumper with lattice detail at the neck and puffed shoulders. Probably handknitted. 

Fabric: Feels like a wool blend

Measurements: Bust 34' Back neck to hem 23.5'  Shoulders  15[' plus puff. Model is a size 8 

Condition: Very good vintage condition. I noted a small hand repair to the hem see last pic
